You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours if the item has not left the warehouse. Otherwise please see below for our returns policy.

30 Day Returns

We have a 30 Day Returns policy on all our products for your peace of mind when shopping with us.

We’re confident you’ll love our extensive range of garden fountains and ornaments. However, in the event that for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your order, you may take advantage of our no questions asked returns policy.

CONDITIONS

• Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from purchase date.
• For eligibility, the item must be unused and in it’s original condition with original packaging and manuals.
• Goods that have been assembled or used in any way are not eligible.
• Initial & Return postage (waived for damaged/faulty goods) will be deducted from the refund.
• A 10% restocking fee applies. Waived for faulty goods.

STEPS

1. Contact support@fountainland.com.au regarding your return.
2. We need a few photos of the item in it’s original packaging, including manuals.
3. We will coordinate with the courier and send you a label to be placed on the carton box. The item is to be placed at the front of your premises in a safe place to be picked up.
4. After receipt of the item, please allow 3 business days for us to inspect the unit.
5. You will receive a refund minus the initial & return postage costs and restocking fee within 3 business days after the item is received and inspected to be in it’s original condition.
